- Booking Information: Information provided for Equipment booking reservation requests, including Equipment type, booking duration, listing details, and serial number. For better fulfillment rates, we might use this data to generate rental leads on our marketplace, The Rental Board, and notify local Equipment Owners about the request.
- Payment Information: Financial data provided during Account setup, Transaction processing, or other payment activities, processed and stored by third-party payment service providers. This includes payment card information like account number and security code.

- Owner Due Diligence: When Customers send booking requests, they consent to provide relevant information to Owners for their review, such as Account, Profile, Authentication, Usage, Transactional, and Commercial Information. Owners agree to keep this disclosed data confidential and solely use it for Transaction purposes.
- Service Providers: Sharing information with vendors and service providers engaged in payment processing, Services operation, and customer support (e.g., web hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, insurance, claims administration). Rentium utilises third-party services like CS-Cart, Stripe, Google and Facebook, with links to their respective policies provided for further details.
